Free Trial / Free License Terms

Bluechipper Software Consultant may offer a free trial or free license for a limited period of up to thirty (30) days from the date of registration. This free access is provided solely for evaluation purposes and allows users to explore the platform’s standard features during the trial period.

Continued use of the platform after the free trial period requires a valid paid subscription or a mutually agreed commercial arrangement. Any terms related to pricing, minimum user commitments, or subscription duration will be communicated separately and must be accepted before activation of paid services.

Where free users, trial credits, or complimentary licenses are offered as part of a commercial agreement, such benefits may be adjusted or reflected as discounts in the final invoice. Free licenses and trial credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used beyond the scope of the stated offer.

Bluechipper Software Consultant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw free trial or free license access at any time, without prior notice. Granting free access is entirely at the company’s discretion and does not create any obligation to continue or extend such access.

Free trial access does not include dedicated support, onboarding assistance, process consulting, integrations, or custom development unless explicitly agreed in writing. Certain advanced features may be restricted or unavailable during the free usage period.

Users are expected to use the free trial responsibly and strictly for evaluation purposes. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of applicable terms may result in immediate termination of free access without liability.

By accessing or using the free trial or free license, the user agrees to these terms in addition to the main Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Bluechipper Software Consultant.
